Absolutely exceptional stay, without exaggeration, the best Airbnb I have ever experienced. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment is flawless: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and even better in real life than in the photos. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and you immediately feel that everything is done to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The level of comfort is outstanding, from the bedding to the amenities and overall atmosphere, everything feels like a high-end hotel, if not better. What truly makes this stay unforgettable, however, is the host. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about her guests. Her hospitality is on another level. This is far more than just accommodation, it’s a complete experience. I recommend this place 100% without hesitation. If you’re considering booking, don’t think twice, you simply won’t find better! After driving from Morocco down to Cape Town, over the last 6 months, I was looking for a “home away from home”. And I found exactly that at Roxanne’s! The place looks just like the photos. The area is safe and is such a great location and close proximity to all of Cape Town’s highlights. The WiFi is super fast and reliable which made working super easy. I highly recommend this gem in the heart of Cape Town.

Wir haben die letzten beiden Januarwochen dort verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft - das Mobiliar ist toll ausgewählt, die Pflanzen verleihen eine angenehme Atmosphäre und die vielen Fenster lassen wunderschönes Tageslicht herein. Zudem bot die Wohnung ausreichend Platz für vier Leute inklusive schwerem Gepäck. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Great accommodation in Green Point high up on a hill overlooking the Waterfront. Quiet street tucked away from the bustle of Sea Point. Fully furnished uncluttered modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything one needs including a washing machine and Nespresso machine. There is great WiFi and a functional TV. Only downside for me was the distance from the promenade, the shops and the coffee shops which required a drive to get to them. The position does mean that accessing places is easy and having one's own transport is an advantage. Roxanne is a good host who delivers clear instructions and responds promptly to questions.

Great place! Clean, bright and with a great ability to stay cool by opening the numerous windows and patio doors for an amazing cross breeze. Bedside fan kept nights quiet and comfortable, two bathrooms were a treat and the shower is funky and easy to use. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe, felt comfortable walking together after dark. Driver found the address easily and check-in instructions were very clear and detailed. The view is better than the pictures and the parking spot was IDEAL for our rental car (the driveway incline is a bit steep, but manageable). We LOVED how close we were to the buzz and amenities nearby, without the noise. Host is very communicative and answered any questions we had. Thanks for the great stay!

Spacious, modern appartement with beautiful view of the waterfront. We stayed for a week to work, which was a bit of a challenge with the massive loadshedding, but Roxy and Sam were super responsive to all our questions on where to buy back ups (bring a powerbank for laptops!). They have a battery that will keep the wifi up and running. You can walk down to several coffee & lunch hotspots and there is also a small shopping mall nearby. The jacuzzi was a welcome treat after a long hike up Table mountain! Oh, and the bed is huuuge and super comfy!
